Jayne - Breathwork facilitator

I'm Jayne, a breathwork facilitator and nervous system educator who has spent years working with corporate leaders, and realised the techniques I was teaching executives are the same tools families need at home.

Now I teach parents to regulate their own nervous system first, so their children can co-regulate from that calm, steady presence. When children learn to regulate early, they carry that skill into adulthood, and can handle stress, responsibility and leadership without overwhelm or shutdown.

The Co-Regulation Method is the framework I use in my own family and with the parents I support.
